GFWC-Women Health Center of Greece (Women Health Center of Greece) is a non-profit organization and a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs International (GFWC). Established by Jane Cunningham Croly in 1890, for the purpose of socializing and serving the community, GFWC is the world’s largest and oldest nonpartisan, nondenominational women’s volunteer service organization. “Strength United is Stronger.” Women working together can make a difference!
Our members are women from all walks of life, all races and creeds. The primary goal of Women Health Center of Greece is to contribute to the betterment of our community through service in the Arts, Conservation, Education, Home Life, International Outreach and Public Issues. These areas support major issues of our time such as military service advocacy, abuse prevention, women’s health, literacy and community improvement.

GFWC is made up of 52 State Federations (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico) and clubs in more than 20 countries. Our state organization is the GFWC- California Federation of Women’s Clubs (CFWC) and we are a member of GFWC-CFWC AREA D and the GFWC-CFWC Palomar District.
