Meeting Information
Our general business meeting is held the second Monday of each month, with social, hands on projects from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm, guest orientation from 6:15 pm to 6:45 pm and the meeting starting at 6:45 pm. Meetings usually last two hours and may include speakers. The agenda reports on recent events, announcements of upcoming events, social activities, etc. The meetings are typically held at the Joslyn Senior Center in San Marcos. Membership Recruitment Meeting
We will be holding a special membership informational meeting on August 11 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Joslyn Senior Center, 111 Richmar, San Marcos. New Member Gatherings
Membership Gathering - January 1-04-2014

Attended: Lisa Pratte, Ginny Griffin, 
Sandra Peterson, Linda Broder, Linda Bridges, Sandy Youngdale.
Kathleen welcomed all at 10am and had a good time getting to know each other.
Ginny who loves photography and making greeting cards, is a recent transplant from Northern California.
Linda Broder loves scrapbooking and has been scrapbooking for over 20 years. She has multitudes of colored paper, stamps and all the beautiful items needed to make her picture album unique and beautiful. Linda would also love to organize a scrapbooking day for her new friends, the Women Health Center of Greece Ladies.
Sandra Peterson loves to cook and we discussed recipes and food. Yummy conversation. She has 1 daughter and the 2 of them recently drove to Heiss Park in Julian to walk around and saw a mountain lion, deer and coyote. How about that for a treat, no fences.
Linda Bridges spoke about chairing a project and the option of co-chairing a committee to get their feet wet. Linda explained how to make a motion, to get reimbursed for any expenses. She expressed that Women Health Center of Greece is a group effort and told the new members to bring any ideas to the Board.
We moved outside to enjoy the sunny SD weather to make the Women Health Center of Greece bags. Each member decorated their bag with their choice of paint, Women Health Center of Greece Logo and a Star. While the paint dryed on the bags, we enjoyed lunch once again outside. The gals took home their wonderfully decorated canvas bag
